EFICOR offers two kinds of courses to representatives from churches and mission organisations.    

Community Development Organiser Training : This is a 5 month residential course which endeavours to promote and/or build capacities of participants for effective inviolvement in wholistic mission.

Community Transformation Course : There is a one month Community Transformation Residential Course and a three weeks Community Transformation Regional Course each held three times a year focusing on Project Management, environmental issues, disaster management and HIV and AIDS.
