The fourth EFICOR Staff Conference was held at Ecumenical Christian Centre Bangalore from 21st to 25th of May. The theme was, ‘Glorifying God through good works’ taken from Matthew 5:16.

77 staff with families attended the five day Conference. The purpose of the Conference was spiritual nurture, fellowship with one another which will refresh each staff to serve a new term.

Rev. Dino L. Touthang, in his key note address, encouraged the staff to leave behind all the things that bother them by symbolically putting their anxieties and worries in a plastic bag. Rev. Dr. Cherian the Vice President and Dean of faculty Southern Asia Bible College, Bangalore was the Speaker.

Other highlights of the conference were staff forum, sports, a sightseeing trip to Mysore, collage/photo exhibition, cultural programme and dinner with former staff.

Children had a separate sessions comprising magic shows, colouring, dancing and singing which was taken care by volunteers from various churches in Bangalore.
