On 4th March 2008, Parivarthan Child Survival Project had met at Vikas Bhawan, Sahibganj, Jharkhand. The meeting was attended by: Mr. S. S. Prasad, IAS- District Collector, Mr. D.N. Singh, District Programme Officer- ICDS, Dr. A.K.Singh- Assistant Civil Surgeon, Mr. Mrityunjai Rathore District Coordinator- UNICEF, 7 Child Development Project Officers from each Block, 7 Incharge Medical Officer from each Block, Nancy TenBroek and Will Story from CRWRC, and all the staff of Parivarthan Project.

Mr. Sanjeev Bhanja, Director, EFICOR Programmes Department made a presentation on the project outline and the data finding from Baseline survey (KPC and Health facility Survey)

There was a lively discussion on the data collected and on detailed implementation plan. The District Collector and respective Department heads of Health and ICDS suggested EFICOR to work out specific areas of collaboration with government in areas of Health and Nutrition services. Suggestion provided by the Health and ICDS officials would be incorporated in the DIP.
