EFICOR Strategic Directions 2006-2015 & Strategic Plan 2009-2012

EFICOR Strategic Directions 2006-2015 & Strategic Plan 2009-2012 is an outcome of a year long ‘Participatory Strategic Planning’ process involving the active participation of EFICOR staff at all levels, the target communities that EFICOR is working with, other organisations and the Board.
During this time period between 2006-09 EFICOR underwent a proactive organizational review. To effectively complement its twin roles of implementation and facilitation and take forward its strategies, EFICOR is also on the path of organizational renewal. Consequently, appropriate staffing and capacity enhancement was undertaken to make a realistic impact.
The Strategic Plan for the period 2009-12 is now being brought out keeping in mind the changing scenarios that impact development. The Strategic Planning 2009-12 process was done at different levels in a participatory manner with the communities, partners, staff, leadership team and the Board. We believe that our plans can be achieved only by joining hands with other like minded organisations, communities, companies, government and with different networks.
