This is a unique and comprehensive course in which the candidates are trained in all areas required for community development at the grass-root level. This course is offered in English and Hindi.

EFICOR has been offering this course for over 30 years now building the capacities of Churches, Mission Agencies, and Organizations to be involved in social concern ministries to respond to the needs of the poor and marginalized.

Community Transformation (CT) Training Programme (3 weeks)

The training is aimed at enhancing the skills of participants to plan, develop and implement community development programmes effectively and efficiently.
