Dr. Vinod Shah is currently the Chief Executive Officer of International Christian Medical and Dental Association, (ICMDA) a Trust registered in the UK. He served as the Executive Director of Emmanuel Hospitals Association from 1996 to 2004 and as Paediatric Surgeon in Christian Medical College, Vellore till 2011.

Mrs. Anuvinda Varkey Titus works as the Executive Director of the Christian Coalition for Health, a coalition of Christian health networks of the Catholic Health Association of India, the Christian Medical Association of India, the Emmanuel Hospital Association of India and the Christian Medical Colleges of Ludhiana and Vellore.

Dr. (Mrs.) Sonajharia Minz, Associate Professor in the School of Computer & Systems Sciences, Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi has constantly strived to strike a balance between her profession of teaching and research in Computer Science and to contribute to the society. A postgraduate in Mathematics from Madras University. She earned her M. Phil., and Ph.D., degrees in Computer Science from J.N.U. New Delhi. She also taught at Barkatullah University, Bhopal and Madurai Kamraj University, Madurai prior to joining JNU as an Assistant Professor in 1992. Due to her concerns for Christian education for the children and youth, education and issues of tribes and women, she serves as a member of several related committees in the University as well as the Board of several related organisations.
Rev. Kennedy Dhanabalan has been working with EFICOR since 1988. He started his career as Training Assistant and later moved to Sahibganj District, Jharkhand to work among the Malto tribal community as a Social Worker. In 1999, he became Manager and in 2006, Director of Development Education and Capacity Building. The EFICOR Board appointed Rev. Kennedy Dhanabalan as Executive Director of EFICOR from February 1, 2010. Rev Kennedy has been a resource person in various national and international programmes. His training skills, developing training modules, partnership initiatives and networking ability have been well received in the development circles. He has initiated several new programmes as well. Rev Kennedy is a Honorary Pastor of Living Faith Community Church, Vikaspuri and also serves as a Board and Society Member of some NGOs
Mrs. Monica Sudhir is a Consultant – Learning & Development, INSIGHTS. She has over 18 years of experience enabling teams to excel, with an intense passion for training people and empowering them to maximize their performance. Her underlying objective in training is to build people of integrity with an attitude of excellence in every area of personal and Organizational performance. As a Corporate Trainer she has conducted several Training Programmes for various Organizations that include MNCs, Private Sector and Public Sector Undertakings. She is a visiting Faculty for a few Management Institutes and a regular faculty with the Institute of Chartered Accountants for their GMCS Course. As a life member of the Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD ) Delhi Chapter and member of the Managing Committee, she has participated actively in all activities of the Chapter, including conducting open Training programmes for the Chapter on ‘Dual Role Effectiveness for the Corporate Woman’.
Mr. Satyavir Chakrapani, a management graduate from the Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Shikhar Microfinance (P) Ltd. Shikhar is a Delhi based Micro Finance Institution focused on inclusion and social microfinance. Mr. Chakrapani brings with him a varied experience of more than 15 years with the development and microfinance sector. Having worked with grassroots, national and international organizations he worked on various issues such as CBOs, PRIs, e-governance, ICT and microfinance. He has to his credit various publications and papers on development and community issues. He also holds a Masters degree in History along with a graduate degree in law. Concurrently, he also manages Sewa Ashram, a home for destitute which is recipient of Modern days Samaritan award for Social Justice last year. He is also associated with various national and grassroots development initiatives.

He is a coach/trainer in aid & development work for creating community managed local systems, using causal loop analysis, soft systems methodology , participatory methods, organisational design,and institutional design (Bloomington School & Ostroms’ work) to design self-managing adaptive systems for sustainability and to create working partnerships between local people, and government.
He was the Country Director, Somaliland, at ActionAid (1988-2002), Coach UBUDEHE at Ministry Local Government Rwanda (2002 – 2008). He received UN Public Service Award 2008 for Africa for Ubudehe in Rwanda.
Rt. Rev. Warris K. Masih was elected as Bishop of the Diocese of Rajasthan and is serving the Diocese since March-2011. At present he is also serving the Diocese of Delhi as Moderator’s Episcopal Commissary since October-2014.
Having completed his schooling in Sonipat and Punjab, he completed his B.Th from North India Theological College, Bareilly and B.D. from Serampore College, West Bengal. He was ordained as Deacon on 27thDecember-1981 by Bishop Maqbul Caleb and as Presbyter on 30thJanuary-1983 by the Rt. Rev. M. A. Z. Rolston, the Bishop of the Diocese of Chandigarh – Church of North India.
Mrs. Esther Farida Nath is working as the Principal of John Wesley Preparatory School, Delhi. She also holds the position as the Chairperson of ‘Sahasee’ A Christian NGO working with empowerment of Women. Besides being the Member of EFICOR Society, she also serves as the Member of Board in EFI and Discipleship Centre.
Rev. Vijayesh Lal serves as the General Secretary of the Evangelical Fellowship of India (EFI). The Evangelical Fellowship of India, founded 1951 is a Charter Member of the World Evangelical Alliance, enjoys a special consultation status with the United Nations and serves more than 35,000 organizations that represent over 30 denominations in India. He has been at the forefront of Religious Freedom issues for the past 17 years with intensive grassroots experience. He initiated the ministry of Open Doors International in India and Bhutan beginning in 1999, and was serving as its Executive Director till January 2014. He is also serving as the National Director for EFI’s Religious Liberty Commission since 1999.
He has been deeply involved in training, socio economic development, advocacy, and research initiatives in and outside India. He has participated and spoken at various national and international conferences on the themes of religious freedom, Church growth, youth issues, and persecution. He has been writing for various journals / magazines and has contributed articles for books on Religious Freedom and Church growth. He is presently the Editor of a monthly magazine AIM published by EFI publication Trust in India. He is a member of the National United Christian Forum (NUCF – comprises of the Catholic Bishops Conference of India, National Council of Churches in India and the EFI), and played a role in the forming and strengthening of the Christian Legal Association of India serving as its first coordinator from 2001 till 2003.
Guithuilung Daimei (Athui as he called) has experience working in the social field for more than 17 years. He worked at EFICOR, EHA, EFI and World Vision India at various capacities. He completed his degree in MSc (Sustainable Development). Presently he is the Executive Director of North East India Committee On Relief and Development (NEICORD) based in Shillong, Meghalaya.
Ingrid Albuquerque-Solomon has been part of the mainstream media in India for 32 years; she has founded and edited some of the nation’s most successful publications, including SAVVY, STARDUST, ISLAND, FAMILY LIFE, and also BANGALORE TIMES for THE TIMES OF INDIA. The magazine closest to her heart was SAVVY, a woman’s magazine, conceptualized for the woman “with a mind of her own” who is “charting a brave new course.” Currently, she is Content Editor of Haggai Institute’s international website, and also part of the international faculty of the Institute, teaching Communication & Writing Skills, as well as the subject of How to use Audio Visuals effectively. Her academic qualifications include:

The Rev. Dr. Solomon Rongpi comes from the Karbi Community after serving for the last 32 years of Christian Ministry in different capacities at different places and organizations in India as a Bible school teacher, Executive secretary of Baptist Association, Mission Secretary of the Karbi Anglong Baptist Convention(KABC), as guest teacher at Eastern Theological College, as Pastor of Diphu Baptist Church and as the Executive Secretary for the commission on Unity, Mission and Evangelism at National Council of Baptist Churches in India (NCCI). He took over charge as the new General Secretary of the Council of baptist Churches in North East India (CBCNEI) from the 27th May 2014.
Mr. Prakash George Arunachalam is currently working as Senior Administrator of Delhi Bible Fellowship from May 2014. Prior to joining Delhi Bible Fellowship, he has worked as a missionary with Indian Evangelical Mission, of which 11 years was given to training of missionaries. He was Director of Outreach Training Institute for about 9 years. He has also rendered his services in various capacities in Emmanuel Hospital Association for 15 years.
Educational Qualification: B. Sc. (Hons.) Chemistry, M. Sc. (Chemistry), B. D., M. A. in Missiology.
Mr. KRP Kosala is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also done C.A.I.I.B (Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers) as well as B.C.S (Bachelor in Christian Studies) from Senate of Serampore. He has also been awarded Doctorate in Divinity (Honorary) by Indian Theological Research Institute, Chennai.
He comes with approximately 39 years of experience in the field of Finance & Accounts being in Senior Executive positions in manufacturing company, banking, and NGO sectors. He was treasurer of the Church of North India Synod and at present, he is the Head of Finance of Church’s Auxiliary for Social Action.
Educational and Professional Qualification: B.Sc., FCA (Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India), B.C.A.I.I.B.(Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers), BCS (Bachelor in Christian Studies), and Honorary Doctorate in Theology.
Dr. Alita Ram is the CEO of Association For Christian Thoughtfulness since April 2012. She has working experience in the area of community health and health promotion for the past 13 years. She has successfully established community development programmes in 150 communities in Mumbai and other districts of Maharashtra in the urban slums and the rural villages. Prior to taking over as the CEO, she has worked as the Project Director, Association for Christian Thoughtfulness – Chiraag (Provide holistic HIV & AIDS Care and counseling and community development services.)

Mr. Vijay Alexander is a Freelance Consultant. He has worked with Oracle Financial Services Software Ltd (as Vice-President, Banking Consulting); ANZ Grindlays Bank plc (as Head, Financial Markets Sales–S.India); and State Bank of India, Mumbai (as Probationary Officer).
Mr. Vijay Alexander serves as Interserve India representative on the CMC Vellore Council; and on the Committee of Management of Oasis India (as Chairperson).

Mrs. Prabhakaran is a lawyer by profession. She had served in EFICOR Board earlier. She retired as Principal, Bishop Cotton Women’s Christian Law College, Bengaluru. She had done her M.L. (Contracts including Mercantile Law).
She had practiced as an advocate in Madras High Court. She was Junior Professor in Madurai and Madras Law College. She was Assistant Sessions Judge, Tamil Nadu Judiciary. Served as Law Officer for CSI Diocese of Madras and as Principal of Bishop Cotton women’s Christian Law College from 2002 till 2016.
Samuel Abraham works as a public advocacy consultant. He has an experience of over 9 years in various aspects of marketing communications. His areas of interest lie in entrepreneurship, education, CSR, public advocacy, and leadership development.
He had been a co-founder of a leadership training and development institute for youth in Jaipur.

David Raju is seasoned Human Resource professional with diverse industry background. He has worked with well-known corporate houses in India. He has over 2 decades of experience in Managing Human Resource function both at Operational and Strategic level.
David has proven track record of building people processes and building high performing teams with multi locational operations. He has expertise in the areas of developing Human Resource strategy to support business operations and deliver excellence. He has worked extensively in the areas of Organization development, Talent Management, Leadership development and HR operations.
David also involves actively in coaching and mentoring the college students. He has been mentoring and coaching number of students and few of the business leaders as well. He takes pleasure in helping the young lives to build their careers and lives to be responsible citizens in the society.

Mr. M. Ramesh Babu has been working with EFICOR since 1996, in various capacities in headquarters and field. At present he holds the position of Director, Programmes to facilitate the achievements of strategic planning goals and objectives through efficient and effective implementation of Programmes including disaster risk reduction projects. He worked among the Koya Tribes ensuring sustainability of the development programmes initiated by him. He has the ability to steer the team towards optimum outcomes by creating a result-oriented environment without compromising the values and program quality and also to build the team with a win-win attitude.
Ms. Rokhum’s passion and commitment is to work to bring the Kingdom of God in the lives of people and that has involved speaking and teaching about issues of justice. Her main involvement has been working within the Christian community. Apart from having worked in a church for 2 years in inner-city London, she has worked in EFICOR from 2002 onwards in various capacities in order to realize her passion to seek justice by working with the poor and marginalized and to be able to motivate the church to be involved in issues of justice as an outworking of their Christian faith. Her main strength is her passion and her communication skills.
Having overall 27 years of experience in finance management, Mr. Jason has been working with EFICOR since 2002. He is fully committed to the concepts of “hands on, work around management,” with concurrent organizational process methodologies in self-directed work teams. Relevant direct experience includes the integration of quality, work satisfaction and motivated working culture across organizational functions, in various capacities.
Mr. Prem Livingstone Navaneethar is working with EFICOR since 1994 in various capacities. He has worked at the grass root level, engaged in transformation of tribal communities in South Gujarat. He had headed the team in Gujarat Earthquake Relief and Rehabilitation operations. He has a passion for training and has trained grass root workers and mission leaders to engage in social concern ministries in their respective areas. He is also a Humanitarian Accountability Partnership (HAP) trainer and works towards HAP compliance in building capacity of our staff and Humanitarian Accountability Framework for EFICOR. He is equipped with various skills related to disaster response and accountability.
Jitu Kumar has been serving in EFICOR since 1994. He has 19 years of experience in development programmes and in relief interventions with EFICOR. He started his journey in EFICOR as a CDO with passion for working towards poor and marginalized. Before taking up the role as the Manager for Partner Projects across India in 2006, Jitu had worked as Assistant Programme Coordinator among the Korku tribes in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra engaging in project micro planning exercise, designing participatory development programme etc. Currently he is designated as the Manager for North India Projects involving in designing, implementing and monitoring of sustainable development programmes.
Mr. Harshan’s journey with EFICOR started in the year 1996. He has great experience in working among the Malto and Koya tribes in Jharkhand and Andhra Pradesh respectively. He headed the team in the Tsunami relief and rehabilitation programme in Kanyakumari district, Tamil Nadu. He also headed the Umang HIV/AIDS Project, Nagpur. His passion to provide succor for the people infected and affected with HIV in and around Nagpur is well recognized.
Mr. Thomas is working with EFICOR since 1995. He has also worked among the Malto Tribe in Jharkhand and Korku Tribe in Maharashtra. He also headed the team in providing safe drinking water to communities with rig operations. As Development Educator he has great experience in influencing Churches to engage in Social Action at the grass-root level. Mr. Thomas is innovative and has a very good communication skill in training grass-root workers for social involvement.
Mr. Missal is working with EFICOR since 1999. He had headed the Kukna Development Project and had gained a lot of experience in working with the tribal people. He headed the first Health project (Child Survival project) of EFICOR supported by USAID in Sahibganj District, Jharkhand and brought in excellent results. The results were well received by the government officials both at the district and State level. He is a good communicator.
Mr. Daich is working with EFICOR since 2001. He has great experience in working with Koya, Korku tribal groups in Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra States. For a short period he also headed the team on Mother and Child Health Project based in Pakur, Jharkhand.
Mr. Jonathan Parmar has been serving in EFICOR since 2002. He has 15 years of experience in the financial sector. He started his journey in EFICOR with a passion for helping the poor and marginalized through his skills. He is now currently serving EFICOR in the capacity as Manager – Finance.
Mr. S.P. Lambard Regulus has joined EFICOR as a CDO (Community Development Organizer) trainee in October 1999. He has experience in working with tribal communities on livelihood and disaster risk reduction programmes. He is also experienced in relief and rehabilitation programme and project quality control. He has great experience in project evaluation and creative in organizing the communities.
